As a precaution, try to take milk which is enriched with calcium during your pregnancy or food which are high in calcium.

– caffeine which is found in coffee and tea. You should avoid soda and chocolate too. You may find it difficult initially but always put the baby’s health first before you own cravings.

You can always get a list of food from the doctor which will inform you what food to eat when pregnant. You can also get advice from your family or your friends who already have kids. At least you will make better food choices during your first time pregnancy.

You need to be aware that your taste bud might change and your stomach won’t be able to accept some food which you used to like. These food may include food that are deep fried, fast foods, meat, and certain food that have a strong smell.

Eating healthy is a wise choice during your first time pregnancy. Once in while you can let your hair down and have a frozen yogurt or a smoothie.

This will ensure that you are properly nourished during your pregnancy. It sure isn’t easy to eat vegetables five times a day but it would be easier to drink veg juices mixed with fruits. You might even find that you actually enjoy drinking the juices and continue with it after your first time pregnancy.
